The center is open to provide care on Tuesday evenings starting at 6:00 pm. In order to adequately staff the center, appointments are suggested. Walk-ins are welcome with treatments limited to available practitioners.
Cost is $25 for a one-hour session. Donations are welcome.

The Healing Touch certification curriculum is designed in five levels for which nurses may get CEU's. The curriculum involves over 120 hours of standardized instruction and a minimum of another 200 hours of independent study. After the basic course work is complete, the Healing Touch practitioner works with a mentor who is certified in Healing Touch. One of the many requirements for certification is at least 100 documented client treatment hours.
The program is open to all health care professionals as well as others interested in energy work.

Healing Touch - Level 1 with Barb McConnell August 15 & 16, 2009 in Ann Arbor or August 22 & 23 in Jackson, MI. An energy based theory class in which students use a variety of hands-on techniques that facilitate energy balance for wholeness within the individual, supporting physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
Healing Touch - Level 2 with Barb McConnell October 17 & 18, 2009 in Ann Arbor or November 14 & 15 in Jackson, MI. Second level of study includes and intake interview, back techniques and a one hour healing sequence. Emphasis in the experiential learning is on developing healing sequences for specific client needs.
Healing Touch - Level 3 - instructor to be announced. November 7 & 8, 2009 in Farmington Hills, MI. Level 3 is for students who desire more in-depth skills in Healing Touch. This course includes; development of Higher Sense Perception, sequencing of techniques, working with guidance, self -healing and self- development.
